The story revolves around two identical twins Hallie Parker (Lindsay Lohan) and Annie James (Lindsay Lohan). Though they are sisters but have never met each other since their parents got divorced. Hallie is a very bold and cool girl and lives in California and Annie is a sweet girl and lives in London. Both are unaware of each others existence and also Hallie is unaware of her mother Elizabeth James (Natasha Richardson) and Annie about her father Nick Parker (Dennis Quaid). However by chance they meet each other in a summer camp and realize the truth behind their separation. Then they make a plan and interchange their places. Hallie goes to her mother’s house and Annie to her father’s house. However in the course of events they realize that their father is engaged to a lady who is after his money. Both Hallie and Annie then decide to unite their parents at any cost. They work really very hard to get their family back.
