The Incredible Adventures of Wallace and Gromit is a collection of three British claymation short subjects: A Grand Day Out, The Wrong Trousers, and A Close Shave. In A Grand Day Out cheese-loving inventor Wallace and his dog Gromit decide to go on a cheese holiday. Since everyone knows the moon's made of cheese, they build a rocket and go to the moon to sample it. In The Wrong Trousers Wallace and Gromit rent out a room to a penguin. Wallace gets along very well with their new boarder, but Gromit doesn't trust him. When the penguin turns out to be a wanted criminal in disguise it's up to Gromit to save the day. In A Close Shave Wallace and Gromit have a window washing business, which causes them to meet Wendolene, a wool shop owner. Wallace promptly falls in love with her, while Wendolene's evil robot dog Preston frames Gromit for sheep rustling.
