James has some important business matters to take care of, leaving Wallace to find something to do to amuse himself. He decides to participate in the “Theatre of Life,” which allows people to become part of a crime drama in an exaggerated masquerade. Wallace believes his part as a hitman begins when he answers a phone call and receives a mission. The trouble is that the call was intended for a real hitman, and Wallace is mistaken for a real spy. He gets mixed up in the plot to kill foreign dignitaries the night before an important peace agreement between Russia and Britain. |
